  • explore current or upcoming opportunities at GOTA
No pressure, no formal interview — just real conversation and great coffee.

Team Member (m/f/d) – Coffee & Hospitality
(Depending on experience: Bar / Kitchen / Front of House / Training / Roastery support)

1150 Vienna, Grimmgasse 31 - GOTA Office
1220 Vienna, Lobgrundstraße 3 - GOTA Roastery

Start & Working Hours
- Employment: Full-time / Part-time
- Start date: By agreement
- Schedule: Shift work, including weekends

Responsibilities (depending on role)
- Prepare espresso and milk drinks with high standards
- Deliver warm, professional service and support sales on the floor
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
- Mise en place, cleanliness, and hygiene/quality standards
- Support trainings, workshops, or internal processes (optional)
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow and guest experience

What you bring
- Passion for specialty coffee and/or hospitality
- Reliability, teamwork, and strong service mindset
- Clean, structured working style and resilience under pressure
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Languages: English and German, more are welcome

Nice to have:
- Specialty coffee experience, latte art, filter/brewing knowledge
- Training experience, SCA courses, competition background
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles

Salary (Austria)
Salary is based on the applicable collective agreement (KV).
